Return Policy

All products shipped to or within the Unites States or Canada , are covered under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee and one-year replacement warranty.

Satisfaction guaranteed: If within 30 days from the date of transaction we are notified about your dissatisfaction with the purchased product, or you decide to return the product for any reason, we will issue a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) so you can return your merchandise for a refund or exchange.

Replacement Warranty: If within 365 days from the date of transaction we are notified that a purchased product has failed to perform, we will issue a RMA so you can return your merchandise to obtain a replacement.

All returns with the purpose of either exchange or refund must be accompanied by a RMA number as well as a valid copy of your invoice or sales receipt. In order to obtain a RMA number, you must fill out and submit a RMA Request Form. A RMA number will then be emailed to you within 8 business hours. If you do not receive your RMA number within 48 hours, send us an email to Help@BattPros.com and we will expedite the process. All returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must include all original packaging materials and accessories. A re-stocking fee equal to 15% of the price will apply towards each of the following circumstances:

a)      We determine that the product is not defective or you have chosen to return a non-defective item

b)      The product is returned with no appropriate RMA, or is received after 15 calendar days from the RMA issuance date

c)      The product received is not in its original (re-sellable) condition, or is missing packaging or accessories

Products will not be covered under warranty if “ship to” address is not within the USA or Canada , serial number is tempered, or if we determine that a product:

a)      Was damaged by end-user

b)      Was mishandled and/or abused

c)      Was stored in improper general or specified environmental conditions, e.g. temperature and humidity

d)      Was not used within first thirty days of date of the purchase

e)      Stopped functioning or was damaged as a result of a natural disaster

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. You are responsible for any cost associated with shipping the product safely to our return facility.
