Order Status

In order to check on your order status, please click the link in your order confirmation email, your real time order status will be displayed for you;

You can also send an e-mail to Help@BattPros.com and we will be able to update you with the status.

If your order status is in "on hold" status, this means that we have a problem processing your credit card payment or the item you ordered, is temporary out of stock. We normally send you an e-mail to explain the situation unless the back ordered item becomes available in a short time and we can still deliver within the time frame promised with your selected shipping method.
