How soon does my order ship?
Orders placed by 2pm Eastern Time on a business day are usually shipped same day. If an order cannot be delivered within the time frame promised in the shipping method you have chosen, you will be informed about expected date of shipping via email or phone. BattPros is committed to ensure that in-stock items will be delivered within the time frame stated in the websites. In order to comply with this commitment, BattPros reserves the right to ship products by any service or method of its preference.

Do you ship to PO Box or Military addresses?
BattPros ships to PO Boxes and all military addresses using USPS. Please choose the appropriate shipping method during the checkout.


What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, MaserCard, Amex (through PayPal) and PayPal 


How do I calibrate my battery?
Plug your laptop in and let it charge completely (your battery icon in the menu bar will be completely full and the charger’s connector light turns green). 
Keep the laptop plugged in for another two hours (after it is fully charged). 
Disconnect your laptop from power. Use it until it falls asleep from low battery. 
Turn off the laptop and let it “rest” for about five hours. 
Plug your laptop back in and let it fully charge. 
It is completely fine to use your laptop during all of these steps (except, of course, when the computer is asleep).
 


How do I maximize my battery life?
Calibrating your laptop battery every few months is a great way to ensure you get the longest life out of it.
